Backstreet Boys...

You have no idea how long I have waited to go to a Backstreet Boys concert. No joke at all. Dream come true! Ahhhh!!! They were amazing! They are seriously good performers and can put on a good show. :) I think my heart melted as soon as I heard the oldies, especially my favorite song, "As Long As You Love Me". *sigh* Brian Littrell & Nick Carter will always be my favorites. Haha. "The thumbs" of the Backstreet Boys. I'm glad I got to experience with my DPIC group. Love them!

I'm still trying to figure out why boy bands make me so happy. I really think it's the nostalgic feeling of when I was 9 years old and all the music just had that good vibe. Who knows? At least I know of something that can calm me down and put me in a good mood! :)

life lessons...

Whenever someone asks me if I have any regrets in life, I usually say that I don't because any mistakes I've made or things I've experienced have made me the person I am today, and I have been able to learn lessons from them. I can say that there are things I wish I hadn't done, but what's done is done, and the only think I can do is learn from it. I feel stupid for overlooking the right thing that has been right in front of me, but I know now definitely what NOT to do. I have learned to not take anyone for granted.

This year seems to have been a roller-coaster of emotions so far. There have been a lot of happy moments along with the bad/sad. I have gotten close to a lot of different people and opened up. I like to think that I really have been following my "resolution" of not letting fear stop me from doing things I want. My determination has been allowing me to achieve goals and get over fears. A year ago today I would have still been terrified to drive on the freeway, but I have slowly gotten over it. :)

God certainly does work in mysterious ways.

I love the sun!!! It makes me so happy just to see bright blue skies with warm weather. :] I love being able to frolic around SF and seeing all the different scenery.

I'm ready for more adventures!!!

I can't believe so many of my friends have graduated from college already. 4 years of college really went by quickly. Congratulations to the Class of 2010!!!

You know a friendship is strong when it survives the different tests and trials.

All I can say is that I have learned and am prioritizing. I've been a fool, but now I see clearly.
