fooooood...

I'm hungry. Since I don't really get to eat at home these days, I've just been really hungry at night.

We're 9-3 for volleyball, which is NOT acceptable! Ahhhh!!! No more losing! I'm not as competitive so far, but it's only the beginning. Let's hope my temper doesn't get the best of me. There's a girl on the Super HS team that's just getting on my nerves. I won't go too much into it, but others know what I'm talking about.

"Disturbia" - Rihanna --> new catchy song.

I'm so lost on what's going on with SDC stuff. People need to fill me in! Working interferes so much; I wish I didn't take the job. If it was more than 1 month, I'd quit. They even scheduled me to work next Tuesday in the morning when I already said I can't. ARG!

crazy...

There was a volleyball game today, but the problem was that everyone except Anna and I went on the retreat, so our team was basically gone. Thankfully Kurtis & Ben were able to help us out last minute. We did pretty well for having just 4 people in the first game. We won 1, lost 1. In the second game, Michelle & Robby joined us since they didn't have to ref. The other team was supposed to be good, but we won both of the matches. Whoo! We are 6-2 though... let's improve that, shall we?

Anna and I went shopping after she got her crystal nails done... YAY! Well, I didn't do too much damage, but Anna, that girl knows how to spend! Haha. =) I will probably get a mani-pedi at that place because it's $24, while the place Grace mentioned was $25; yes, it's only a $1 difference. We were craving In N Out, so we went with Ben after the game. He "let" me go! ^.^ Did you know that they can box up a burger & fries for you? I didn't know that! It's quite cool because usually you see it just wrapped up. -->

There are actually 3 large Nina's bags --> not mine! Those two little bags are mine. Haha. They took up her entire back seat.

Hubert's seatbelts have these Looney Toon strap thingys, which I found amusing because mine had Bugs Bunny, and his ears flipped around. The others were Sylvester, Tazmanian Devil, and Tweety. Hah. So cool. =D

busy bee...

Let's say I've been out every night this week.

Highlights:
- Vball games (3-1)

- Bball games
- Great America! (speaking of which, pictures are up! can you say kathy?)

It was so nice not having to work this week. :)

Did I mention how much I LOVE the weather right now?

Day camp is coming up REALLY soon, and I'm soooo unprepared. I just finished 90% of the activity sheets; hopefully David will be able to finish the rest.

I'm hungry.

"Oh Momma" by Justin Nozuka <-- such a good song
"...And I can't feel without your touch, I can't dream without your smile, I can't live without your love..."

frustration...

I hate work; it's my own personal hell. I've been counting my screw-ups, and the total for today was 5 or 6 and they weren't even all my fault. Either way, mine or someone else's fault, I'm the one that's going to get blamed. Everyone keeps saying "it's okay" and "it's like that", but that doesn't make it any better.

I missed left Fathers' Day lunch before I could eat anything and missed dinner because of work. To make things EVEN better, my little girl cousins, whom I see maybe once a year and haven't even met the younger one, were at the dinner too.

There's a KDG retreat next Sunday, but I'll be working till 8, so I don't know how the heck I'm going to get to South Lake Tahoe.

I've been wanting this wallet for awhile, but I don't know if I should get it because Anna is going to get it too. I guess I could get a different one, but those are a little more and I don't want the snap closure with it. Yea... I don't know.

I'm getting fat.... I can feel it.

I miss the warm sunshine already. This was only last Thursday.

This weather makes me depressed.

Day camp is coming VERY VERY soon, and we haven't even finished half of the stuff.

I had to sit through my uncle's picture slideshow of his China trip from 2005 & 2006, and they each were around 45 min. The 2nd one was probably longer because we couldn't even finish it. The first one had the same super Chinese instrumental music repeating over and over again because he liked the song... It was pure torture; my brother, cousin, and I were looking at each other like OH MY GOSH. Of all days not to bring a DS... oh man, I wanted to cry.

you can't stop the beat....

Yay! I got to go see "Hairspray" tonight with Ben, and it was soooo good. I highly recommend it. It was kinda hard to see even though the seats went up because there was a tall guy two rows ahead in the field of my vision. Once I traded seats with Ben, it was a lot better. At the end of "You're Timeless to Me", the two actors kinda cracked up and couldn't go through singing, so you could hear the orchestra holding the note. The audience found that hilarious though because we expected them to stay in character, but I guess it gets pretty hard to do so sometimes. Yea, the movie is a little different than the actual Broadway show, but I still like both of them. I find it interesting how the actors in the movie & actual Broadway show sound very similar. The girl who played Tracy Turnblad sounded like Nikki Blonsky, and the girl who played Amber Vontussle sounded like Brittany Snow. Strange...

I don't like working because it feels so awkward, and I'm not very good at it. =P I just constantly feel bad, especially when I get "lectured".
I got tickets for "Get Smart" for tomorrow night, so let's hope they don't use my on- call!

familia...

It's times like these where you just stay close to your family and cherish the times. Thanks to everyone for their prayers & support.

For the past days, I've just been spending time with my relatives, especially since the ones from New York came out. We don't really see each other very often, so whenever they come, we all see each other everyday and eat. My Uncle Gary was mentioning that it seems like all we do is eat. I don't mind. Haha. Some of us went to watch Kory & Kevin play basketball for the CCU league, but too bad they lost.

It is quite amusing spending time with Danielle because she is such a funny little girl.

On another note, I want to watch "Hairspray"!!!!!!! Let's hope I don't have to work for those on call hours. *cross fingers*

prayers...

Please pray for my family because my grandpa is in the hospital again.
