This is my take on it, i was gonna do a video on this , but lol i looked ugly just washed my hair.
BUT!
If you got the money, i would do a perm.
Go to CSM and check out what they offer and how much.
IF you decide to pass on the perm,,, i would still go to CSM and get my hair colored (since it is cheaper) and then get your hair cut somewhere else.
